This mural, which joined the FRAC Champagne-Ardenne collection in 2000, consists of three horizontal bands of colour, each representing an element of the natural environment: the sky, the sea and the earth. By simplifying a landscape to its essential elements, the work invites us to reflect on the relationship between Man and the world around him, and on the way in which he perceives and represents nature.
