Borrowing its title from the feature film by the famous filmmaker Luis Buñuel, this exhibition looks at the female body as perceived and treated as an object of desire.
Bringing together works from the collections of the three FRACs of the Grand-Est region, the exhibition presents different approaches to this process of reification of women, each of which highlights the obscure nature of a desire that transforms the subject into an object.
